This founder wanted to launch this creator community brand with a fresh and bold identity that would connect them with Gen Z creators and stand out amongst competitors.

 

Collaborating closely with the founding team, we embarked on a transformative process to establish the brand's core identity and messaging, serving as the cornerstone of its offering.

 

We then crafted concise visual guidelines to encapsulate the brand's aesthetics effectively. From here, we devised strategic digital marketing initiatives spanning social media and email platforms to drive community membership and engagement.

 

This approach not only solidified the brand's presence but also fostered meaningful connections within the influencer ecosystem, paving the way for sustainable growth and success.

Comprehensive Market Analysis

Conducted a comprehensive study of the industry, target audience, and competitors. We identified some core strengths within the marketplace that leveraged Crispysmash's access to international dropshipping networks, brand partnership relationships and plug-and-play paid talent opportunities for their community. This research provided a solid understanding of market positioning to guide our brand architecture work.

Leveraged an email marketing campaign to support the launch of the creator community program. The layout design and messaging embraced the established voice and tone and combined with a short-chain funnel to attract users to the platform through lead magnets and testimonials.
