How long does it take for me to get my order?

All orders take up to 14 days to process. You will receive an email notification once shipped.

 

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days after processing. Please make sure your orders have the correct address. Any order that has to be resent because of wrong input of address will be an extra fee.

Some orders may have to be split. Depending on the products ordered, shipping may be split for your order because of the size and packaging type. If this happens you will receive two tracking numbers.

Cancellation / Damage / Missing

Returns or exchanges are currently not available. Cancellations of orders are not available. Please reach out to orders@thedamedesign.com if you have any questions or issues with your current order during processing time.

If the item is received damaged you must contact me at orders@thedamedesign within 48hrs of receiving the order.

Proof of damage is required including pictures of packaging and damaged items.

All feature artwork is original designs created by me. All rights to artwork is still owned by me. Artwork is not available for resale.
